As a result of his extensive experience in this unique marketplace, Sean routinely advises clients on the proper structuring of their funds and investment management companies.
Sean began his public accounting career in 1999 as a staff accountant with Spicer Jeffries. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Colorado State University. Sean holds active CPA licenses in multiple states and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
